Know your product. This self guided on-line class will offer you everything you need to know how to answer customer question and learn about tea.
To begin, click on the link below. Select GO next to the 'What is Tea' selection. After reading the material, you will take a short quiz. You can enter your name and e-mail address which will save your registration information and tracks your progress.
